Wellstone Housing is a developer of affordable housing communities. When they opened their Mableton development office in 2002, they needed assistance with having their office wired for voice and data, and with the installation of their phone system. We located a inexpensive resource to handle the installation of the system, and arranged for a contractor to handle their wiring.

Nine months after moving in, they became very dissatisfied with their voice and data provider. Their provider was very late getting circuits in, and they were experiencing ongoing problems. They contacted us for assistance in resolving their issues. We arranged for the replacement of their individual phone lines and data circuit with a full T-1 from a different carrier, which was split between voice and data. We also assisted in the transfer of their numbers from the old to new carrier. Since the switch, they have had no problems.
