Cornerstone Ministries Investments began 19 years ago with an innovative concept - accept investments from concerned Christians, pay them a fair return, and use the money to finance churches and retirement centers. They began in a small office with 4 employees and very simple telecom needs - a few phone lines and a simple system. We ordered phone lines for them, and located and purchased a small AT&T phone system, saving them $1,000 compared to the cost of a new system. We analyzed the wiring that already existed in their leased space and found a way to use it with the new system, saving them $400 on the cost of new wiring. Finally, we handled the installation of the new system and the training of their users, saving another $700.

A few years later, they were ready to move to larger quarters and needed more lines. We were there again, managing the relocation of their system, and the transfer of phone service. They closed their old office at 5 PM Friday, and opened in the new location the following Monday with no interruption in service.

When they decided that their outside voicemail service was too expensive, we obtained a used voicemail card for use in their existing system, at a considerable saving over their prior service. In the space of two years, we managed their expansion into an additional suite, the installation of their initial Internet service, and network wiring.

In 2001, they outgrew their space yet again, and relocated to Cumming. Anticipating that their rapid growth would soon have them in multiple facilities, we switched them from an in-house phone system to BellSouth Centrex, allowing them to later expand to two additional suites while maintaining seamless integration.

Today, with more than $90 Million in total investments, they are located in yet a larger facility. They have an in-house phone system which will support their growth for years to come, and will pay for itself in phone line cost savings in less than two years. They also have a complete in-house network with firewall and server, all sourced and managed by ITS personnel. We continue to remotely manage and monitor their systems, manage their bills, and handle moves and changes.
