    he mission of ITS is to provide high-quality technology services to churches, non-profit organizations, and small and medium businesses to allow them to further their work with the greatest efficiency and lowest possible costs.  Our company is run based on Christian principals, and seeks to maintain the highest possible standards of honesty and integrity in all dealings and at all times.

ITS was founded to meet the unique telecom/technology needs of churches, non-profits, and small and medium businesses.  Our founder, Robert Covington, has been working with many such organizations as a volunteer, consultant, or employee for more than 25 years.  During this time, he developed an understanding for the unique needs of these organizations, and found that few companies existed to meet their needs.  In addition, he has consistently found that vendors do a poor job of supporting them.  In many cases, this is because they are so used to working with large companies, that they don't really understand smaller organizations.  Unfortunately, in other cases, vendors take advantage of these organizations' lack of knowledge and/or experienced personnel.

At the same time, his demonstrated ability to handle projects on a larger scale has given smaller organizations great confidence in his ability to meet their needs.  Some examples of those accomplishments include:

  • Development of a 350 seat call center in 60 days.
  • Multiple large corporate relocations involving technology infrastructure design, circuit relocations, system selection, and user training.  These included a 1,500 employee technology company in Alpharetta, and a 1,000 employee distribution company in Duluth.
  • Integration of dissimilar phone systems at multiple company locations into one seamless network.
  • Implementation of an electronic mail system linking 55 individual offices in 30 countries.

If we can help you meet your needs, we will tell you so, and do so at the lowest practical cost.  If we can't, we will tell you that honestly and at no cost.  If you have a quick question, we will endeavor to answer it without charge, whether you are our customer or not.  We sell nothing but our services.  As such, we have no loyalty to particular vendors or suppliers, except for those that can best meet your particular needs.
